Responsible for company growth & strategy, sales, HR, marketing and investor relations, Brendan Doherty has demonstrated a natural entrepreneur's flair to take Lucid Interactive Ltd from a sole proprietorship to a successful, capable and renowned software development company.

Brendan has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing and project management with blue chip companies such as Virgin Retail, Dun & Bradstreet and United Parcel Service.

Peter Mackenzie , Director

Peter Mc Kenzie has over 30 years experience in technology and the book retail sector. Peter brings a wealth of experience and guidance to help Lucid design software which truly fulfills customer expectations.. Peter is also a fundamental element in Lucid's R&D process and brings timely and worthwhile ideas and guidance to all our projects.

Marty Mc Cay, Project Manager

As project manager for Lucid Interactive, Marty is responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Marty's areas of expertise includes systems analysis, design/ planning, software development and coding. Marty has very strong interpersonal skills which are effectively utilised in Lucid through extensive client contact and liaison.

Marty's industry experience includes: Northland Computing- Senior Developer, Project Leader and Software Engineer First Trust- Software Engineer Allied Irish Bank- Software Engineer Technology. Marty's expertise covers areas such as .NET, VB, VC++, ASP, JSP, SQL Server, MS Access, XML, UML , Sourcesafe and Web Services.

Damian Elder, Software Developer

Damian Elder is responsible for desktop and web software development. Additionally, Damian has considerable experience with server and hosting technologies and manages/ maintains Lucid's dedicated servers. As with all our staff, Damian has a strong interpersonal skills and has extensive client contact and liaison.

Damian's previous experience includes: CARAL Technologies Ltd- Software Engineer North West Institute of Technology- Support Analyst.

Damian's expertise includes SQL Server, ADO, ASP, COM, SQL Script, VB Script, Javascript, HTML, .NET, Sourcesafe and XML Web Services.

Carl Butler , Software Developer

Carl has been Employed as a Software Engineer by Lucid Interactive Ltd since 2006. Carl has considerable development experience and has been involved in building and maintaining various management information systems as well as providing for extensive reporting analysis through both ad hoc Reporting and other various software solutions. Carl's previous experience includes working with Eircom Net as a Software developer (4+ years) .

Carl has considerable development experience in a number of technologies including .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET,C#, Perl, JavaScript,HTML, SQL Server, Oracle,Unix, SQL Server Reporting Services,Crystal Reports,SourceSafe, XML, Web Services.
